Came here on a trip down from Canada and arrived on a very wintry and cold Monday, February 17th, 2025. Had the Bigfoot burger and the "Spicey" Chilli. It's probably the best burger I had in the USA on my trip to the Florida Keys. The pickles on the side were excellent as well. The Chili was also amazing, though not as spicy as I thought it'd be. The establishment itself is aged but very homey. Especially in light of the snow hell that was outside. Would highly recommend this place if you are passing by!
A very nice side of the road restaurant. The food and service were very good. Great prices! Got the Big Foot burger and fries. It’s was almost a great burger, just missing a little something, not sure what (maybe a little more bbq sauce?) ⭐⭐⭐⭐. The house-cut fries are far superior to the tater tots, so I’d recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Despite the wait (short staffed as mentioned by waiter) the food was absolutely delicious. I just had the best burger ever! The only complaint is that I wish we would've gotten our drinks immediately after we ordered- we let 10 minutes pass before we had to ask for our drinks. Would come here again!
We ate here on our road trip. The food was OK. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything to rave about either. The waitresses were absolute sweethearts, nice and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about them. I forget their name is but I know one was a school teacher. Great little small town on the way to Kinzua State Park.
Only place to eat in the area. Menu is average, food is "good." Prices are too high for what you get, kitchen can be slower than molasses in winter at times. The chili is good, but inconsistent. It's like they modify the recipe every few weeks. Breakfast doesn't disappoint, but they don't serve it after 11am
The staff was very friendly The food was good. I had a salad with chicken, cranberries, pecans and blue cheese. Everything was very fresh. I also had perogies for an appetizer they were also good. My husband's cheese burger was cooked perfect. They have a full bar also. I would definitely recommend when you are in the area.
Although this place is unassuming from the outside, the food is incredible! The Smokehouse Burger and homemade potato chips were awesome. The house-made breakfast sausage is the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a good place to return to. Bathrooms are immaculate!
Recently had dinner here while staying in the hotel. The place was crowded on a Friday evening, so I thought it would take a while. I was wrong. The staff here is very attentive and clearly works hard and efficiently. As for the meal, my heart was saying Reuben or a burger, but my mind was saying Wildcatter Chicken. Both the chicken, the rice, and my side salad with "real" greens (i.e., not iceberg lettuce) were very good, and the price could not be beat. I also saw some diners being served what looked to be terrific burgers. If I am ever back here, I will let my heart win out over my mind.
